Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair clips and blind box items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
